Artisans at work/ÉCONOMUSÉE is a network of artisanal businesses recognized for the quality and authenticity of trade skills and products. The network stretches from Canada and across the north Atlantic to Greenland, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Norway and Sweden.

Our mission is to conserve, develop and present traditional trades and know-how. The artisans in the ÉCONOMUSÉE network are a very special group, meeting a set of stringent criteria; We use traditional craft techniques in our production, and produce traditional and/or contemporary products with cultural connotation. We open our doors to the public, enthusiastically welcoming visitors into our studios and workshops, and we are profitable, sustainable craft operations, hand-making excellent products of the highest quality, day after day and year after year!
